The benefits of Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a herbal supplements which has been shown to fight stress, boost your immune system and balance your hormones.

  8. Cancer - This herb may have anti-cancer properties. Studies have been shown in female rats to reduce ovarian cysts alongside preventing lung, colon, bowel and brain cancer.
